We can take measurements of your body composition (body fat percentage, weight, metabolic rate, water percentage, visceral fat, bone mass and muscle mass) and discuss why they are important to know in relation to your goals. If you are struggling with nutrition we will offer the easy to attain meal planning. Existing clients and members are able to repeat 30 minutes consultation to their choosing.

The class is designed to support women after the birth of their baby, with the focus on posture and working the ab and back muscles by performing low impact exercises, it will strengthen your pelvic floor making your body stronger from inside out.

When you join, your weight will be measured and after 4 weeks you will be measured again. For the next 4 weeks, your Personal Trainer will create 2 personalised training sessions for you inside our studio. On top of the 2 Personal Training sessions, you will have access to all Boot Camps, Boxercises, Vinyasa Yoga Flows, and Open Gyms. The main purpose of Sports Massage Therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues, which can be caused by work or through exercising. Generally, Sports Massage is a lot firmer (deep tissue) than Aromatherapy or Swedish massage. It works primarily on the body’s soft tissues of muscles, tendons and fascia. Although it is generally of firmer pressure, all pressure used is carefully tailored to each individuals needs, requirements, preferences and tolerance levels!
