Outdoor Boxercise Class in Shoreditch Park

With gloves and mitts, get ready to feel the burn in this high-intensity boxing class! This non-contact, fitness-based class will use boxing fundamentals such as punch combinations, mitt/bag work, and high-intensity cardio intervals, as well as partner and technique work for a great, full-body workout.

Monday Boot Camp at 6:30am-7:15am & Boot Camp at 7.00pm-7:45pm

Tuesday Boot Camp at 7:00am-7:45am

Wednesday Boxercise at 6:30am-7:30am & Boot Camp 7.00pm-7:45pm

Thursday Boot Camp at 7:00am-7:45am

Friday Boot Camp at 6:30am-7:15am

Saturday Boot Camp at 9:30am-10:30am

Sunday Vinyasa Yoga Flow at 10.30am-11.30am
