Boot Camp Fitness Class in Shoreditch Park
Our Boot Camp is serious business when it comes to fitness and weight loss, but we also like to have fun - so no military yelling! The powerful combination of cardio and strength exercises burns up to 800 calories per session! In a small exclusive group of 12 people max, the high-intensity functional interval training Boot Camps are 45-60 minutes long and takes place in Shoreditch Park (N1). Occasionally, the Boot Camp takes place inside our studio.
By working alongside like-minded people who are striving to get fitter, you will get the guidance of having access to one of our illustrious and fully qualified Personal Trainer with the added bonus of encouragement and teamwork within a group environment. There really is no better environment to be in because at MG Fit in Fitness Training we pride ourselves on the friendly and motivating atmosphere we have at our Boot Camps. We adapt exercises to suit groups and do a variety of high-intensity functional exercises.

I trained with Pilar at the boot camp in London Fields and had a couple of sessions with Murat, too. All I have to say is that in July I was 86kg and by September I was 79kg.
